Fostoria American Clear Crystal Round Serving Bowl

This Fostoria American Clear Crystal Round Serving Bowl is in mint condition. the American pattern has been hailed by the Fostoria Glass Museum and featured in countless catalogs as the ultimate star pattern since 1915 and was still going strong under Lancaster Colony's ownership (since 1983). Fun fact: it's the most successful glassware pattern ever! In fact, Fostoria's peak business year in 1950 saw a whopping 8 million pieces of American glassware being made. Sadly, in 1986, Lancaster Colony had to shut down the Fostoria Company after struggling with an outdated plant and competition from abroad, bringing an end to nearly 100 years of glassmaking.
