The Epic line (1956-1975) was Viking's most popular, boasting a range of Mid-Century Modern designs and hues. Drawing from the vibrant style of the era, Viking infused its product line with pops of color in 1951, starting with evergreen, amber, ebony, cobalt blue, sky blue, and ruby, and later expanding in 1953 to include amethyst, charcoal, cherry glo, colonial blue, harvest gold, and olive green.
